Identify the Login You Are Using

Check the app and account provider before typing a password. A similarly named application may use a separate account service. Determine which method you registered with: email, phone number or another supported option. Do not create another account just because a different login screen appears.

Match the Next Step to the Error

For an incorrect-password message, check the account identifier and use the provider’s recovery flow. For an OTP problem, confirm the intended number and any country code, then follow the displayed resend controls. Do not request several codes through several screens at once. Never share an OTP with someone offering to complete the login.

A loading or connection error needs a different investigation. Note whether ordinary websites load and whether the provider reports a service issue through an established channel. Avoid changing multiple settings together, since that makes it harder to identify what affected the result. A directory cannot inspect the provider’s private service status.

Use Account Recovery Carefully

Open recovery from the verified app or provider page. Do not follow a recovery link supplied by an unexpected social-media contact. A legitimate-looking profile image does not authenticate that person. Keep ownership information private and provide only what the actual recovery process requires.

Send a Useful Support Report

Describe the sign-in method, the exact error and whether the problem began after an update or device change. Include the visible app version if available. Remove passwords, codes and full payment information from images. Support should receive enough context to understand the problem without gaining access to credentials.
